Direct bolt-on Mazda 89-91 S5 FC3S RX-7 Koyo Rad R-Core HH Series racing radiator is the thickest Koyo radiators available. Perfect for extreme cooling needs & ideal for use with a FIMC. Thicker than stock but bolts on like OEM with no modifications needed. (direct fit) Fully polished to a mirror finish and provides 20% to 30% more cooling compared to the standard OEM rad. All Koyo aluminum radiators are made from aircraft quality aluminum with heli-arc welded cores that are NOCOLOK-brazed. They are built to handle high revving, high performance motors, and is perfect for N/A & turbo applications.

Koyo designs and manufactures each radiator with precision; therefore each one is a direct-fit performance replacement for the stock OE plastic/aluminum radiator for a quick and simple installation with no modifications. Koyo has also integrated a 1/8” NPT female accessory fitting (supplied with a threaded plug) to accept temperature sensors typically included with aftermarket temperature gauges.
