Direct bolt-on Mazda 93-95 S6 FD3S RX-7 Koyo Rad R-Core racing radiator with dual pass N-Flow design. The N-Flow (also called Z flow) uses a double pass design that causes the water/coolant to pass through the radiator core twice before existing out the return port. This results in increased cooling of 30%-40% over stock & 10% over standard R-Cores w/out N-Flow. The ultimate for extreme cooling & with for use with a FIMC. Thicker than stock but bolts on like OEM with no modifications needed. (direct fit) Fully polished to a mirror finish and provides 20% to 30% more cooling compared to the standard OEM rad. All Koyo aluminum radiators are made from aircraft quality aluminum with heli-arc welded cores that are NOCOLOK-brazed. They are built to handle high revving, high performance motors, and is perfect for N/A & turbo applications.

Koyorad's new 48mm “HH” Series radiator core features an ultra high fin density to maximize heat transfer. Koyo designs and manufactures each radiator with precision; therefore each one is a direct-fit performance replacement for the stock OE plastic/aluminum radiator for a quick and simple installation with no modifications. Koyo has also integrated a 1/8” NPT female accessory fitting (supplied with a threaded plug) to accept temperature sensors typically included with aftermarket temperature gauges.
